For the 12 months of our advanced training program, you’ll relocate to one of our state-of-the-art R&D facilities in either Helsinki, Finland, or Leuven, Belgium. Here, you will be mentored by leading engineers and work on advanced technology, following your own personalized development plan.
Having completed this first year in Europe, you will have opportunities to be deployed to our operations in USA and Asia. In your new position, you can make a tangible difference to the semiconductor industry as well as the world around you.
